For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8 flat rate shipping within the USA.
We ship via UPS. We offer a vast ground network that allows you to ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico quickly and economically. We offer cost-effective, guaranteed ground delivery within 1-5 business days for your more routine shipments, along with tracking information available 24/7 at no additional cost.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 10 to 14 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom orders
- Bulk orders
